Santori is a private members club built around access, discretion and exceptional experience. Designed for a globally minded membership, it brings together private residences, highly curated cultural and sporting access, and a distinguished partner network including Aman, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz-Carlton, Six Senses and Belmond.
Santori is now seeking a Director of Membership & Revenue to lead its Houston launch. This is the most senior commercial role in the US business and an unusual opportunity to help shape the founding membership, market presence and long-term growth of a luxury platform at an early stage of its expansion.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of membership development in Houston, with a particular focus on curating and converting the founding member cohort who will define the tone, calibre and long-term identity of the club in this market.
This is not a conventional sales appointment. Membership at this level is built through trust, discretion, judgement and access. The successful individual will be expected to operate with the maturity and presence required to represent Santori within highly selective personal and professional networks.
In addition to leading Houston, this person will contribute to the commercial blueprint for future expansion across other major US markets including Dallas, Miami, New York and Los Angeles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead membership strategy and execution for Santori’s Houston launch
- Build, develop and convert a carefully qualified pipeline of UHNW and HNW prospects
- Secure the founding Houston membership cohort in line with Santori’s values, standards and long-term brand positioning
- Develop strategic relationships across private wealth, family office, luxury real estate, hospitality and influential lifestyle networks
- Represent Santori with credibility and discretion across relevant private events, circles and communities
- Work closely with the Managing Director on pricing, positioning and market development
- Deliver membership growth in line with Santori’s commercial objectives while maintaining a highly selective standard of acquisition
- Help shape the commercial model for Santori’s wider US expansion
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in luxury membership, private clubs, UHNW relationship management, private client advisory or high-end hospitality
- Deep and credible access to UHNW and HNW networks in Houston
- Excellent judgement, discretion and personal credibility in high-trust environments
- A highly relationship-led approach and the ability to build conviction over time
- Strong commercial instinct with the sophistication to convert high-value opportunities without compromising brand integrity
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, launch-stage environment
- The ambition and presence to grow into a broader leadership role as Santori expands
