· Direct the accounting department with a structure built for box office success

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close — delivering accurate, timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements

· Provide variance analysis worthy of a critic’s deep dive

· Oversee consolidations across divisions (because every franchise must align)

· Analyze budget-to-actual performance and support the FP&A production team

· Star in technical accounting cameos (leases, revenue recognition, impairments, and more)

The Casting Requirements

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)

· 8 years of progressive accounting experience

· CPA preferred

· Strong communicator — able to present to senior leadership and the Board

· Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-accounting audiences

· Proven experience managing audits, reporting, AP/AR, and general ledger

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Analytical, solution-focused mindset

· Strong supervisory and leadership abilities

· Delegation and strategic foresight

· Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems

· Strong financial acumen with ability to assess strategic impact
