What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - Mayan position at Santikos Entertainment?
Santikos Theaters is seeking a Bartender to provide outstanding spirits and guest experience at our Mayan Theater location. This is a beer/wine bar only
Key Responsibilities:
• Possess full knowledge of Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and Procedures.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order adult beverages.
• Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in bar area.
• Conduct inventory of bar related items.
• Keep area clean and sanitized.
Qualifications:• A current TABC license is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in a fast paced bar/restaurant or professional training is preferred
• Ability to flexible with scheduling.
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO BE CONSIDERED
