Construction Foreman

Location: Parker, CO

Travel: 90%

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually full benefits

The Construction Foreman provides on‑site leadership and technical guidance in the installation of wastewater treatment facilities. This role oversees field crews, ensures safe and accurate installation of system components, manages materials and equipment, and supports the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

• Lead and support the installation of wastewater treatment systems, including:
• Fiberglass tank placement
• PVC piping installation
• Pump and equipment setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and field-related issues.
• Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and train/mentor field installers.
• Prepare, pack, and load job trailers for each project.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage materials responsibly to achieve budgetary goals.

• Reports directly to the Project Manager and is fully accountable for field execution and crew performance.

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a pickup truck and trailer.
• Holds or can obtain a CDL.
• Capable of working in all weather conditions.
• Willing to travel out of town at least 90% of the time.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to operate heavy field equipment (e.g., mini‑excavator, compact track loader).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Experience in plumbing and electrical work preferred.

• Maintains strong communication and teamwork across field and office staff.
• Meets or exceeds the Project Superintendent’s expectations for productivity and work quality.
• Tardiness remains under 3%, and any absences are communicated before the start of the shift.
• Work is completed on schedule and reflects a high level of accuracy and detail.
