We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the travel and procurement departments. You will focus on learning how our organization runs by.
- Assisting in the implementation of Travel workflows to ensure compliance with the new approval process and internal control requirements.
- Assisting in the analysis and update of Other Lodging rates for the June 2026–June 2027 period, assessing their impact on travel and expense policies.
- Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the 360 Workspace – Travel platform, ensuring financial and operational information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with the analysis and maintenance of Expense Types, helping ensure correct mapping to General Ledger (GL) accounts in alignment with SHUSA accounting standards.
- Supporting the review and validation of expense postings in SAP Concur Expense, helping to identify discrepancies and recommending process improvements.
- Assisting in analyzing expense data and preparing financial reports to support reconciliations, financial controls, and business decision-making.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.
- Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
- Attention to detail and follow through.
