Centrum Health, a part of NeueHealth, is seeking a Business Operations Intern for the summer.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Projects as assigned
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree
- High-level of computer literacy
- You have a strong interest in the Healthcare Industry.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- You are detail oriented and produce high quality work.
- You are a self-starter and ready to learn!
