Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee event planning and coordination for workshops and training sessions.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
- Implement schedule management practices to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist with human resources functions, including training & development initiatives.
- Ensure proper filing systems are maintained for all documentation.
- Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and calendar management.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing office operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Familiarity with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and clerical support.
