We’re hiring an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. You’ll oversee irrigation crews, manage scheduling and quality, and ensure systems are operating efficiently for our clients.

We’re hiring an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. You’ll oversee irrigation crews, manage scheduling and quality, and ensure systems are operating efficiently for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise irrigation technicians across multiple job sites
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of irrigation systems (clocks, valves, heads, pumps)
- Plan and manage seasonal services (activations, audits, winterizations)
- Schedule work, track materials, and ensure efficient routing of crews
- Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients, account managers, and operations teams on system needs and improvements
- Train and develop irrigation team members on best practices and safety standards
- Support snow operations or other divisions during off-season
- 3–5 years of irrigation experience, including leadership or crew management
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and water management practices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to manage multiple crews, priorities, and schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Backflow certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs as needed
