Sanitation Worker
As a Sanitation Associate, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the facility. This includes cleaning equipment, production areas, and work surfaces to ensure a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment that meets regulatory and company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, tools, and workspaces.
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals according to guidelines.
- Properly dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures.
- Follow written and verbal instructions; work cooperatively with others.
- Adhere to food safety, quality, and employee safety protocols.
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors.
Schedule:
- 8:00PM-4:30AM
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
Work involves bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sanitation, janitorial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling.
