Santa Maria Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Manager… We provide an excellent work environment in which our Sales Department works together with common goals, teamwork and respect. We also provide a great work/home balance with a 5-day work week, our sales hours are 9-6 Monday thru Saturday (always closed on Sunday)

$130,000 to $180,000 annual pay opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing while assisting in closing the sale.
- Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.
- Provide training and support to sales staff.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve goals and performance expectations.
- Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership management experience required.
- Leadership ability to mentor and train others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment.
- Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude.
