_Experience:                       

_{Major Responsibilities and Duties:}

1. _{Provides traffic direction and control at assigned crosswalks and campus locations}

1. _{Reports suspicious behavior, security breaches, facility and safety hazards, emergency situations, and unlawful activities to the police dispatcher and district police officers}

1. _{Maintain radio communication with departmental personnel}

1. _{Remains alert for the presence of unauthorized persons; and notifies police as appropriate}

_{Working Conditions:}

_{Physical Demands/Environmental Factors}

_{Continuous walking and standing. Exposure to vehicle exhaust. Work in an outside environment, while being exposed to extreme temperatures and inclement weather.}

_{Ability to wear and carry job specific equipment to include: Uniforms, reflective vest, stop sign, traffic wand, flashlight, traffic cones, barricades, and two-way police radio.}

_{Must reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Individuals must be free from physical impairments that with or without reasonable accommodation would interrupt continuous performance of a shift lasting from a minimum of five hours.}
