Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated DA or RDA who is passionate about high‑quality patient care and eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate is reliable, team‑oriented, and confident in their chairside assisting skills. Chairside dental assisting experience is MANDATORY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory and sterilization area
- Support the dentist and team with daily clinical and administrative tasks
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑focused care
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and technologies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Qualifications:
- Active California DA or RDA license
- Strong chairside assisting skills and knowledge of dental procedures - EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
- Commitment to high‑quality patient care
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Radiology, infection control, CPR certifications (as applicable)
