Join our team as a Maintenance and Operations Supervisor! We’re seeking a hands-on, flexible, and collaborative leader with a "can-do" attitude to support our Administrative Services team. In this role, you’ll supervise and perform a variety of crucial facilities maintenance, custodial services, and mail/cargo delivery activities across multiple sites in Santa Barbara County. Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of trade school courses or apprenticeship in one or more building trades preferred Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible experience in building maintenance and custodial work, including at least one year of experience as a leadworker; journey level experience in one or more building trades preferred. Experience in delivery of mail, packages, or cargo is desirable.
