Position Overview

The Used Car Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Used Car Department with inventory management, vehicle preparation, photography, and administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Used Car Manager with daily operations and coordination of vehicle inventory.

· Track incoming and outgoing used vehicles, including dealer trades and auction purchases.

· Ensure all vehicles are properly stocked, tagged, and ready for sale.

· Coordinate reconditioning schedules with the service and detail departments.

· Take and upload professional-quality photos for online listings and dealership websites.

· Maintain accurate vehicle information and pricing in dealership software and marketing platforms.

· Support sales staff with vehicle availability updates and lot organization.

· Assist with vehicle appraisals, inspection documentation, and title processing.

· Perform other administrative or dealership support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Prior automotive dealership or inventory experience preferred (but not required).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, dealership CRMs, and inventory management tools.

· Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Salary : $35 - $46
