Requirements
Requirements:
•Previous service advisor experience, preferably at a Honda Dealership.
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
•Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills
•Ability to interact with multiple department managers
•Extremely PC / IT literate
•Desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
•Wants the ability to help grow our business and grow with our business
•Familiar with or knowledge of AutoWall and/or DealerTrack
