Job Summary
Under the direction of a Special Education Director or designee, provides student support in either group settings, on an individual basis, and/or in a structured classroom environment to facilitate integration into a classroom and independence in the setting; assists students with behavior, instruction, and other related areas as required.
Requirements / Qualifications

In addition, applicants are required by law to complete the Mandatory Employment Disclosure by listing all previous Local Education Agency (LEA) employment, including school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and state special schools. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • An AA degree or a minimum of 48 College Units, or pass the District’s proficiency test. • Bilingual in Spanish preferred. • A valid California driver's license, State or Federal Identification. • A copy of a valid CPR and First Aid certificate of completion.
