Job Details
Onsite: 2-3 days per week at office is preferred, but can be remote for the right candidate
Interview Process: 1-2 internal interview rounds, no client round expected
Requirements:
- Hands-on Product Management expertise
- Adobe Workfront SME
- Comfortable with hands-on configurations (not relying solely on the engineering team)
- Comfortable conducting demos and client training sessions
- Able to drive out a future state vision for a Workfront enabled digital marketing asset brand compliance workflow
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 5 to 7 interviews and facilitate 1 to 3 workshops
- Translate interview findings into defined requirements
- Go through the existing process and document a detailed workflow process
- Capture comprehensive Workfront requirements including request, project, custom form, attributes, integration, timesheet and reports
- Define the roadmap, scope, and a high-level timeline
- Once the discovery work is completed, the resulting documentation should allow the subsequent team to move seamlessly into Workfront implementation
- Work with Workfront Fusion Engineers to setup, configure and review the new workflow in the Workfront Sandbox, Preview and Production environment
- Validate and approve the implemented workflow and reports in respective environment and drive for closure with business team
- Support UAT and launch
