Job Description
We are seeking a local Azure/.NET Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting mission-critical Azure applications. This is a customer-facing, 24x7 production support role with direct involvement in triage, debugging, and minor configuration/code fixes.
Top Skills Required (Must-Haves)
- Strong .NET/C# experience focused on configuration updates & minor fixes
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB
- Proven background in production support for Azure-based applications
- Strong troubleshooting/RCA capability
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure applications
- Troubleshoot issues across Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus (DLQ, replay), Synapse, Cosmos DB
- Handle DevOps pipeline failures and re-runs
- Debug Power BI gateway/configuration issues
- Perform RCA and create documentation
- Make minor .NET/C# code/config changes
- Follow ITIL processes: incident/problem/change
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
