Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced "Teamcenter Migration Lead" to drive and manage enterprise PLM data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Teamcenter data models, migration methodologies, ETL processes, and migration tools. This role will be responsible for leading migration strategy, data mapping, validation, and successful execution of Teamcenter migration projects.
Job Description and Skillset
- Perform Functional Testing (SIT/UAT) for UKG applications by validating modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, LOA, Accruals, Devices, Security, and other workforce management modules against business requirements.
- Execute automated testing for critical business flows and regression scenarios.
- Conduct Time Compare / Pay Compare testing by running parallel validations between legacy systems and UKG to ensure payroll calculations, tax computations, deductions, and net pay accuracy.
- Perform Integration Testing to validate data flow between UKG and upstream/downstream systems.
- Validate configurations including pay policies, accrual rules, shift differentials, scheduling rules, and absence management setups in UKG WFM Pro.
- Log, track, retest, and coordinate defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Vendor and /Other onsite stakeholders, business analysts, developers, payroll teams, and functional consultants during testing cycles.
- Strong hands-on experience in UKG WFM Pro testing.
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Payroll Validation.
- Knowledge of Workforce Management modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management, and Security.
- Experience with test automation tools and defect management tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast dynamic workplace and support testing cycles across time zones.
