What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Tester position at Expedient Staffing Solutions?
Job Type: Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site)
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least 8 years of an experience as a QA analyst.
- Extensive experience with Selenium Automation including creating automation framework using Selenium and Java Programming language.
- Experience in reviewing and understanding business and technical requirements, preparing and executing test plans
- Experience with testing tools
- Experience with generating detail reports
- Experience with all test phases of software lifecycle such as ATP, SAT, UAT, SIT
- BS/BA undergraduate degree.
- Experience reporting results using test management tools such as Jira, HP/ALM, or GitHub.
- Knowledge of test automation tools
- Test documentation experience
- Understanding the role of Black box and White box testing
- Experience with DevOps such as Jenkins and or Azure
- Team player as well as has the ability to work independently, and experience working with remote teams
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Understand the agency requirements, translate the business needs into clearly defined and detailed requirements.
- Create test scenarios and develop integration test cases.
- Review and gain acceptance to the test cases.
- Analyze the test procedures, determine data requirements, and create a test data plan.
- Implement test scripts using a defined Testing methodology.
- Prepare the city’s GIS address point data for location validation in a NG911 system.
