This role combines executive assistance with social media management, PR coordination, and office support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment within the construction and design-build industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Marketing
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule weekly content (photo/video/reels).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding alignment.
- Track analytics and provide performance reports.
2. Office Administration
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily agendas.
- Handle internal and external communication, emails, and follow-ups.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and weekly task summaries.
- Support office workflow, filing, and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare and send email newsletters and company updates.
3. Public Relations & Outreach
- Contact trade professionals, vendors, and industry partners.
- Schedule company presentations, networking opportunities, and vendor meetings.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, expos, and community involvement.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems).
- Creative mindset with ability to design engaging content.
- Solid knowledge of social media marketing and paid campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients and industry professionals.
