About the Job: This role is responsible for driving eCommerce growth and digital excellence across key retail customers for Opella CHC. The position focuses on managing digital shelf performance, optimizing online shopper experiences, executing omnichannel campaigns, and delivering strong eCommerce sales growth through performance marketing, retailer partnerships, and data-driven insights. Main Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage digital shelf metrics in Profitero for key customers • Monitor syndication from Sku Library onto retailer product pages • Work with brand & shopper team on improving product page content (copy, images, rich content, video) • Work with external performance marketing agency (and retailer performance/ marketing reps) on sponsored ads campaigns & performance (sales and ROAS) • Drive eCom sales and share across the business through the 5 overarching eCom strategic pillars (conversion optimization, performance marketing, collaborative commerce/JBPs, eInnovation and new channel activation) • Support Grocery team in driving an online-only promotional plan (promo mechanics retail media support) • Work with accounts teams on amplifying instore campaigns to online to create high impact omnichannel campaigns; create digital launch plans to drive NPD trial and success • Work with retailers on planning and executing digital/ecom campaigns (ie. leverage retail media and understanding of the online shopping journey) • Drive initiatives to improve traffic, conversion & basket size across key customers • Directly manage Chemist Warehouse eCom & digital budget • Work with shopper and brand teams on eCom creative for campaigns (display banners, EDMs, etc) • Leverage internal and external dashboards to monitor and track campaign performance and learnings • Work cross functionally with RGM and Finance teams to pitch for incremental spend to trial and deploy incremental opportunities that drive sales beyond the annual base plan. • Conduct monthly business reviews for the key accounts (performance, risks, opportunities, etc) About You: Experience:  Account Management, Sales or Customer Service experience, ideally working within FMCG, CHC. Must have Digital/eCommerce experience. Skills: Digital/eCommerce - knowledge & understanding Languages: Must have excellent spoken and written English.
