Title: Distribution Clerk II 2nd shift/Warehouse Operations
Pay range: $25.00 hour
Work Schedule: 2nd shift 1:00pm-9:30pm Mon-Fri EST
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Contract Length: 12 month with possible 12 month extension
Position Overview
Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Distribution Clerk II 2nd shift to support warehouse operations during a major system upgrade scheduled for January. This position requires candidates who are adaptable to change and capable of assisting with relabeling and inventory updates in preparation for the system go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with relabeling goods in the warehouse to support the system upgrade
- Generate and apply new barcodes for existing materials
- Perform inventory manipulation and maintain data accuracy
- Use handheld RF scanners to update materials in the system
- Handle cycle counting–type tasks, updating labels and system records for existing raw materials
- Utilize Excel and Outlook for documentation and communication
- Coordinate with operators who will pull freight as needed
- Apply peel-and-stick labels and ensure materials are correctly updated in the system
Work Environment
- Clean, well-lit, CGMP-compliant warehouse
- Work involves handling existing raw materials under regulated standards
- Collaboration with warehouse staff and operations teams
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a CGMP or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and handheld RF scanners
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
