Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer membership eligibility and affiliations for direct and indirect accounts
- Process and maintain master data requests within SAP iShift and Model N Revenue Manager
- Research and resolve membership discrepancies across multiple systems and databases
- Analyze contract and pricing-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize reporting tools including Excel, MicroStrategy, Revenue Manager, SAP, and related systems
- Investigate data inconsistencies and perform root-cause analysis across systems
- Support internal stakeholders with membership inquiries, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls
- Participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with multiple large data management systems required
- Experience in contracts, pricing operations, membership operations, analytics, or related functions preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis functions)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently investigate and resolve issues across multiple systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift is highly preferred
- Manager values candidates who are proactive, curious, and driven to learn new skills
- Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills are essential
- Excel assessment scores are a plus
