CNC Line Maintenance Technician

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Line Maintenance Technician with Drilling and Routing equipment experience. The main job function includes but is not limited to, Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the CNC Drilling and Routing equipment. Perform preventative maintenance per preventative maintenance (PM) schedule and/or as required. Work on other line maintenance equipment as required

Education and Experience:

• Basic AC/DC Technician certificate AA degree or trade school equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Excellon printed circuit board drilling/routing machines or other automated CNC Machines desirable but not required.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong electromechanical skills, ability to read machine prints and troubleshoot to board level.
• Strong communication skills, neat and accurate work.
• Self starter, able to get along with others & work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 2-4 years of Line Maintenance experience
• Some heavy lifting
• Overtime, emergency calls and some weekends, as needed
• Mechanically inclined, able to work with a large variety of hand tools and power tools, Electric High & Low Voltage
• Strong electromechanical skills, ability to read machine prints and troubleshoot to board level desired.
• Strong communication skills, neat and accurate work.

Salary Range(annual): $62,500.00-$69,000.00
