POSITION SUMMARY: Support manufacturing, operations, quality, and technical departments as the primary point of contact for purchasing goods and services necessary in order to effectively maintain day to day operations of STU.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employees will be trained to all applicable company standards as identified on the company training matrix TR-401
- Enter P.O.’s in Plex.
- Update P.O.’s in PLEX when received to signal finance to issue payment.
- Manage inventory for Maintenance and Tool Bay.
- Source parts and suppliers.
- Maintain Technical Library for all equipment and injection molds.
- Schedule external supplier visits to conduct repairs on equipment as needed.
- Other duties aligned with this position as assigned by Maintenance Manager or Technical Development Manager.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload.
- A minimum of 6 months experience using PLEX or a similar MRP system.
- Must have established knowledge in product, equipment, and industrials supplies sourcing and purchasing.
- Proficient with creating spread sheets, presentation, and charting metrics.
- A minimum of 6 months of inventory control experience utilizing a digital database.
Salary : $51,000 - $62,000
