Warehouse Pick and Pack Associate

Duties

• Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Pack products securely using proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock replenishment, stocking, and stock rotation within the warehouse management system.
• Conduct quality control checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Assist with warehouse organization, including loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in picking & packing, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload activities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of materials handling equipment operation.
• Previous experience in shipping & receiving or quality control is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking & packing processes.

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
