We’re looking for a hard-working Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be a vital link between our inventory and our customers — locating items throughout the warehouse and preparing them securely for shipment. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps orders moving accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Fold and quality check subscription boxes. Identify any issues with the box and properly follow QA dispositions / Doblar y verificar la calidad de las cajas de suscripción. Identificar cualquier problema con la caja y seguir correctamente las disposiciones de control de calidad.

- Review and sign all QA slips before labels are applied to boxes
- Adhere to warehouse operating procedures such as: the color-coded carrier system, usage of pallet travelers, and overall flow of goods and information sharing throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management via the organization of products during line changeovers.
- Assemble candy bags, ensuring bags are properly sealed and contain the correct amount of units.
- Offload pallets and floor-loaded containers when needed.
- Support other areas of the warehouse, such as the Yum Shop, as needed.
- Perform all other job duties as assigned by a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to safely lift up to 20lbs.

Breaks / Lunch
- Two 15-minute breaks and one30-minute lunch break:
- 15-minute Breaks: 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM and 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:00pm - 1:30PM and 1:30pm to 2:00pm.

Pay: $15.92 - $16.25 per hour
