What are the responsibilities and job description for the GP12 Inspector position at Sanhua International?
Responsibilities
1.Perform 100% inspection of products according to the GP12 Check Sheet and Inspection Instructions before shipment.
2.Accurately record inspection results, document any non-conformities, and update the GP12 Information Board (including check sheets, records, trend charts, and problem lists) in real-time.
3.Place inspected products in designated Quarantine Areas (Pending, Non-Conforming, Conforming) and affix appropriate GP12 status labels.
4.Provide immediate feedback on quality issues to the production line and Quality Engineer, and participate in problem analysis as required.
5.Verify the effectiveness of rework/repair and conduct re-inspection to prevent non-conforming products from reaching the customer.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a quality inspection role in automotive manufacturing
- Training and practical experience in GP12 procedures are highly desirable
- Familiarity with core quality tools such as Control Plans and PPAP is a strong plus
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and use common measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail, Documentation & Reporting, Safety & Compliance
