This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Inspector based in Springdale, AR. The Lead Inspector will perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on fire alarm, security, and life safety systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include detailed reporting of findings, diagnosing system issues, supervising repair activities, and providing solutions to ensure the proper functioning of all systems. Effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams is crucial to ensure the successful completion of inspections and related services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in inspecting and testing fire alarm, security, and life safety systems
- Proficiency in interpreting NFPA standards, local/state codes, and regulatory requirements
- Technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Ability to create accurate, detailed inspection reports
- Experience in supervising repairs and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and team members
- Organizational and time management skills for overseeing inspection schedules and meeting deadlines
