WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Install above-ground, semi-in ground, and in-ground Fiberglass and liner pools
- Build hardscapes: pavers, stone, retaining walls
- Install plumbing, equipment, and filtration systems
- Perform site prep, excavation, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in construction, pools, landscaping, or related trades
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and Lift heavy materials THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You show up late or call out often
- You cut corners
- You don’t take pride in your work
- You can’t handle physical outdoor work PAY & GROWTH
- $16 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
- Raises based on performance
