Your Role: As a dual-role leader, you’ll be responsible for both estimating and managing commercial plumbing projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to code

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to develop accurate plumbing estimat
• esPrepare detailed proposals and bid packages for commercial projec
• tsSource and negotiate with vendors and subcontracto
• rsOversee awarded projects, managing schedules, budgets, and field coordinati
• onConduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetin
• gsEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standar
• dsMaintain strong relationships with clients, GC partners, and internal tea

Qualificatio

• ns:5 years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and project managem
• entDeep knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation meth
• odsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical docume
• ntsProficiency with estimating software (e.g., Trimble, FastPIPE) and Microsoft Off
• iceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving ski
• llsLicensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (preferred but not requir
