- Strong understanding of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Strong understand of AIA contracts to owners.
- Prepare monthly AIA billing to clients.
- Prepare all subcontractor and vendor contracts, purchase orders.
- Assists with all project owner and subcontractor CO’s
- Process invoices through internal databases and record on customers portals. (Textura)
- Manage and track all NTO’s (notice to owners) from subs and suppliers.
- Job cost labor, material and expenses
- Strong understanding in using construction accounting software. (ComputerEase, Sage, etc.)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables. (Subcontractor Billing each month)
- In partnership with the Vice President, recruit, train and develop and supervise office staff.
- Assist in managing the collection and record keeping of Subcontractor COI’s & WC insurance.
- Friendly, welcoming, energetic and professional demeanor

- Minimum 3 years experience as construction bookkeeper / Office Manager
