This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Estate Manager located in Beverly Hills, CA. The role involves supporting the Estate Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing food and beverage inventory (including the preparation of small meals), coordinating property maintenance, and supporting household staff. Additional responsibilities include assisting with financial reconciliation, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, and addressing the needs and preferences of homeowners and guests. The Assistant Estate Manager will play a key role in facilitating smooth and efficient household operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Estate Management, Property Management, and Hospitality
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on personalized and professional interactions
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA
- Proficiency in cooking with an emphasis on health and wellness
- Working knowledge of maintenance and operations of high-end properties is a plus
