A well-established real estate brokerage in Southern California is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support company growth through strategic recruiting efforts. This role plays a key part in identifying and attracting high-quality real estate professionals and supporting internal hiring initiatives.
This position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work, with occasional in-office or zoom call collaboration as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or real estate environments
- 2 years of professional sales experience
- Active Real Estate Salesperson license (any U.S. state) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment platforms
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer presentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the CRM system
- Partner with leadership to evaluate candidates and ensure alignment with company culture and business goals
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support employer branding initiatives
- Share relevant updates on social media and digital platforms to enhance candidate engagement
- Meet regularly with administrative and sales leadership to assess hiring needs
- Create and implement recruitment strategies that support long-term retention
- Present and discuss compensation packages with selected candidates
- Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with Learning & Development
- Ensure necessary tools and resources are prepared prior to new hire start dates
- Assist in updating job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment materials

Pay: $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
