We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donut Order Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing daily retail and wholesale donut orders received through various channels, including phone, website, and app. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all retail and wholesale orders are accurately entered into our Cybake system to generate bakery production sheets for our team. Will also serve as a main contact for our wholesale accounts. Hours are Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming retail donut orders via phone, website, and app. Process and maintain daily orders from wholesale accounts.
- Accurately enter order details into the Cybake system, including customer information, order items, quantities, and delivery/pickup preferences.
- Ensure timely procesing of orders to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the production team to communicate order specifications and any special instructions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with our team members to continuously improve order processing procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of daily transactions and order statuses for reference and reporting purposes.
In addition to processing daily donut orders, the Donut Order Proceesor will also be responsible for assisting frontline staff with walk-in shop sales and phone orders. This includes:
- Assisting frontline staff: Providing support to frontline staff during peak hours by helping with customer inquiries, processing in-store purchases, and taking phone orders to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Decorating Donuts: As needed, assisting in the decoration of donuts to meet customer requests and maintain product presentation standards. This may involve filling, frosting, dipping, and other decorating tasks according to established recipes and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or food is a plus.
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with experience in data entry and order management systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritze tasks based on urgency and importance.
