Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve beverages according to the restaurant's menu and recipes
- Manage cash and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas
- Ensure all food handling and food safety standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and maintain accurate records
- Provide help and support to other team members when needed
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

- Experience in the food industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and basic math skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and responsibilities
