The Regional Operations Director is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing management talent, improving guest experience, and building a culture of accountability and growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational and financial goals
- Recruit, develop, and coach Store Leaders and management teams
- Build strong talent pipelines and succession plans
- Improve guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and team engagement
- Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive execution of company initiatives, standards, and processes
- Conduct restaurant visits to coach leaders and ensure brand standards are maintained
- Partner with restaurant leadership teams to improve sales, profitability, staffing, and retention
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a mentor and resource for future leaders within the organization
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience required
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and coaching leaders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and create action plans
- Experience managing staffing, labor, food cost, and operational performance
- Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and example
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
