Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Cook dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, and food processors safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety management, handling procedures, and safety standards in production environments
- Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and operating kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to meal presentation standards
