Compensation Range: $70-$90 hourly

As a PRN Medical Provider (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Psychiatric CAQ), you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team. You will:
- Conduct medical and psychiatric evaluations for adolescent clients at our state-of-the-art facility.
- Manage medications and collaborate with other providers to ensure optimal care and safety.
- Provide individual, group, and family sessions as needed to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team and the client’s family.
- Educate clients and families about mental health and substance use issues, treatment options, self-care, and prevention strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization reviews.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and emotional stability in challenging situations.

Training & Experience:
- FNP (and/or PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant (with Psych CAQ preferred)
- Licensed Practitioner in the state of Colorado
- Active DEA License
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization (“PHP”), and/or intensive outpatient (“IOP) setting.
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including experience with clients from the age of 13 to 30
- Must feel comfortable working independently.
Salary : $70 - $90
