What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager (office) position at Sandstone Structures LLC?
The Project Manager will be responsible to perform the following duties:1- Manage all aspects of various construction projects from planning, to implementation and closeout.2- Interact and coordinate with project architects, General Contractor, engineers, inspectors, in house field crew and subcontractors to resolve the various issues and effectively advance the project.4- Review contract documents, making VE/modification as they relate to building construction.5-Monitor labor output and report to company management on a daily basis.6- Oversee project schedule and ensure on-time project delivery.7- Review and coordinate construction budgets and estimates9 - Prepare SOV, Requisitions, Change OrdersThe Project Manager should:1- Have 2 years of experience working on construction projects.2- Strong communication and organization skill.3- Familiarity with various computer software including MS Office, AutoCAD, Plan swift.4- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management is preferred but not required.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
