We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clinical review and patient advocacy efforts. What You’ll Do
- Review patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely documentation.
- Support care coordination by partnering with internal teams and external providers.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and families during transitions or key care events.
- Help ensure continuity of care through follow-up communication and patient advocacy.
- Active LPN license (required)
- Experience in utilization review, clinical chart review, case management, or patient advocacy (preferred)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
- Flexible part-time schedule (2-3 days/week)
