Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Sandstone Estates is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This flexible role is ideal for someone passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform resident evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on functional improvement and independence.
• Guide and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in implementing care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and facility standards.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
