- Utilize RehabOptima to document assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques to maximize independence.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification:
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapists.
- Licensure and Certifications:
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
