Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to nursing staff
- Support daily clinical operations according to facility standards
- Monitor resident care delivery and ensure quality outcomes
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance development
- Support regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
- Specialty-specific responsibilities depending on role (IP, BH, ADON support, or NOC supervision)
- Active Arizona RN or LPN license (RN preferred for leadership roles)
- Previous supervisory or nurse leadership experience required
- Skilled nursing, post-acute, or behavioral health experience preferred
