Your Impact as Director of Nursing
As DON, you will have full oversight of the nursing department and be directly responsible for:
- Maintaining survey readiness and regulatory compliance at all times
- Leading, coaching, and holding nursing staff accountable for performance
- Driving quality improvement initiatives and improving clinical outcomes
- Managing staffing, scheduling oversight, and labor efficiency
- Strengthening infection control, risk management, and care standards
- Building a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
- Partnering with the Administrator to achieve operational and clinical goals
What We Are Looking For
- Active Arizona RN license required (Compact accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing
- Prior DON or strong ADON experience preferred
- Proven success with surveys and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and clinical best practices
- Ability to lead through change and improve systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
