Your Role
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a positive, collaborative work environment. This role is ideal for a nursing leader ready to strengthen their leadership skills and advance within clinical management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support: Assist the DON in leading, mentoring, and developing nursing staff
- Clinical Excellence: Support implementation and monitoring of quality and evidence-based care practices
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and support teams to meet resident care goals
- Staff Development: Assist with orientation, education, and ongoing professional development of nursing staff
- Active Arizona RN or LPN license, or Compact license required
- Previous nursing leadership experience preferred (ADON, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and standards of care

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
