Job Summary
Looking for a self-starter who will be responsible for answering phones, making appointments for venue viewing and contracts and have general office skills to include correspondence via e-mail and/or letter writing; general bookkeeping skills to include making deposits and writing checks and recording such entries via Excel spreadsheet. Must have good computer skills to include Excel and, Microsoft Word and good communication skills. Will be dealing with the public so an outgoing personality a plus. Applicant must be capable of ordering supplies as needed, overseeing quality of work completed by the cleaning company. Applicant must be a high school graduate and have a current resume with both personal and professional references. Pay is bi-monthly plus one week paid vacation. There will be a 90-day probationary period if hired. Preference will be given to applicants within proximity of Richmond International Airport.
