Medina, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
Earn Up To $21 /hr with Incentives!
- Base Pay: $17.38/hr
- $3.00/hr Shift Premium (2nd Shift)
- $1.50/hr Attendance Bonus (Weekly)
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a team producing ready-to-eat foods like salads and soups in a clean, fast-paced environment.
You may work in roles such as:
- Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products
- Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team
- Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
- Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs
- Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
- Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients
- Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed
Qualifications
Work Environment
- Refrigerated facility (30–38°F)
- Fast-paced, team-based production
- Strict food safety standards (GMP)
What You Need
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
- Lift up to 50–65 lbs
- Reliable and ready to work
- Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
