Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Helpers for a commercial printing facility producing catalogs, flyers, brochures, and educational materials. This role supports bindery and mailing operations and is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Job Details- Shift: Day Shift – 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Schedule: Rotating workdays may include weekends based on production needs
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Overtime: Required as needed
- Training: On‑the‑job training provided
- Read work orders and follow written or verbal instructions
- Jog product from counter stacker and stack neatly on skids
- Ensure proper alignment for bindery or mailing operations
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished products
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to interpret units of measure and conversions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work well with others
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Basic small packaging knowledge
- Prolonged standing during shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
